**OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAN CHANGE AT ANYTIME IN LINE WITH GOVERNMENT GUIDANCE**

• Monday – Thursday : 12PM – 1:30AM
  Friday – Saturday : 12PM – 2:30AM
  Sunday : 12PM – 12:30AM
• Deposits are non-refundable. Once a booking is made we cannot change, cancel or amend this due to the high demand. (Booking fees only apply Friday to Sunday and any event days.)
• If there is any request, please email us at bookings@tigerbayshisha.co.uk and we will do our best to offer alternatives, subject to availability.
• During busy periods sometimes we are unable to answer any phone queries, we apologise in advance.

House Rules include (but not limited to):

• A smart dress code Friday to Sunday (no sport wear, gym wear, tracksuits, track pants or sport shorts).
• **Hoodies, caps and smart shorts at the discretion of the door staff**
• Arriving on time for your booking or you will lose your deposit.
• Allocated seating time during busy times.
• Management and security have rights to refuse entry.
